The community surrounding Antigua Guatemala has extreme problems with unemployment, especially for women. We run women's focus groups to learn and grow together. Through these groups, women lead their programming by brainstorming strategies and business ideas from within.

By focusing on their strengths and giftings, we are creating a holistic empowerment network that not only will provide work, but that sees and encourages the entire wellbeing of each individual. We are excited for a small-business incubator to emerge from our planning and skills-based strategy.
